The client portal is intended for active or past clients who have received access from VovidaSolutions. Access is created manually after a project, quote, or engagement has been confirmed.

Who can access it?

Access is only provided to authorized clients. Each client account is intended to display documents assigned to that specific client or project.

If you are a client and cannot access your documents, contact VovidaSolutions using the email address used for your project.

Access is usually created after a quote, proposal, or project scope has been confirmed.

Relevant project documents are uploaded and assigned to the client’s private area.

Client logs in

The client receives or uses their login credentials to access assigned documents.

  • Do not share your login credentials publicly
  • Download and archive your own project documents
  • Contact us if an account should be changed or disabled
  • Do not upload or send unnecessary sensitive employee data

Important security note

The portal is used for project-related document access. Sensitive HR, payroll, employee, system, or confidential files should only be exchanged when the appropriate method and scope have been agreed.
